Jesus said, "Let the children come to Me, and do not hinder them; for to such belongs the Kingdom of Heaven." Matthew 19:14

May the Blessed Virgin, who had the joy of bringing and holding in her arms the Son of God made a Child, of seeing Him grow in wisdom, age, and grace before God and man, help each one of us to endow his personal efforts on behalf of little children with active goodness, an attractive example, and self-giving love. Pope John Paul II

- PRAYER INTENTION BOOK -

Once a week, beginning Monday, October 5th, a student from each grade will be selected to place a special intention in our Sts. Philip and James School Prayer Intention Book located in the school lobby by the statute of the Blessed Mother.

This intention could be for a family, a particular family member, a loved one who is ill, in thanksgiving, or "special intention", etc. Each homeroom teacher will maintain a schedule and students will know in advance of their scheduled week so that they may discuss their intention with their family.
